Very friendly and down to earth. Very professional but like … I feel like they care about me and they don’t even know me. Family vibes for sure. Very inviting. I love the space I saw. Excited to get in here. The lobby is so cute and the music is my VIBE. Never been in a leasing office like this before. Chilling waiting on my ride and so comfortable doing so. Marie Rosati and Chiquita Howard is the best. Hands down

I recently went to look at an apartment for my daughter and myself and i completely forget the lady's name but she was extremely helpful and informative. Currently waiting for the VA to send the documents needed and should be in there very soon. The place was really great and well kept. Amenities are awesome.
The maintenance & the cleaning ppl are very nice & knowledgeable. When I put in a maintenance request, they come the next day or so if its not an emergency & fix the problem. Always polite
I really enjoyed the emphasis on “luxury living.” Though I did not have an appointment, the property manager was so gracious and kind to give me a tour of the place. I really appreciated that she listened to my desires and needs. I felt seen and heard.
The staff is fantastic and the units are beautiful! I love the proximity to the local parks, the Wyandotte Shores Golf Course, and all of the downriver offerings.
